What is Permanent Jewellery?

Permanent Jewellery is best described as custom fit jewellery without a clasp, welded together with a small flash so it stays on forever or until you’re ready to remove it.

What if i need to take my permanent jewellery off?

If you need/want to remove your permanent jewelry, you can snip the little ring that holds the two sides of the chain together with a pair of scissors or fingernail clippers. We do have clasps that we can weld onto your custom jewellery if you ever need it to not be a permanent piece. This option will come at a $20-$35 charge (price varies based on how the jewellery needs to be set, charm generally will affect this) and we simply request that you drop the piece off and leave it with us (turn around time is about 1-2 weeks).

Do you offer private parties?

Yes! For parties of 5+ with incentives for host.

Does it hurt? IS IT SAFE?

Doesn't hurt at all & is completely safe! No heat or spark actually touches or gets onto the skin

WILL THE JEWELLERY TARNISH OR CHANGE COLOUR?

Our stocked jewellery is either gold filled, which is basically like gold plated on steroids. The coating is over 100x thicker than gold plated. As well as silver which is .925 Sterling Silver which can temporarily tarnish under certain conditions such as natural hot springs, chlorine, sulfur, bleach and other strong chemicals. A silver cleaning wipe will take it right off.

Refer to your care card given to you with your aftercare kit for cleaning instructions.

What if my new job doesn’t allow jewellery?

If for any reason you don't want or can no longer have your welded jewelry on permanently, we can add a clasp to your previously purchased chain to make it removable. This option will come at a $20-$35 charge (price varies based on how the jewellery needs to be set, charm generally will affect this) and we simply request that you drop the piece off and leave it with us (turn around time is about 1-2 weeks).

We have a variety of dainty charms and connectors to choose from! Looking for something in particular? Let us know about 2-3 weeks prior to your appointments and we will do our best to find the perfect charm to style your new bling!

what if the my permanent jewellery breaks?

Breaks are handled in a case-by-case basis. Breaks at the weld will be repaired at no cost, breaks in the chain will be charged a repair or replace fee. This jewellery is durable, but not indestructible. If your welded jewellery is removed, stretches or comes off for any reason, keep the chain and book a "re-weld" appointment. If the chain breaks on the weld, we will fix it for free. Otherwise there is a $15+ fee.
