Results generally last between 3-6 months depending on teeth structure, hygiene, and oral habits.

how many sessions will I need?

Usually only only one appointment is needed. This appointment is 60 minute of light therapy broken down into 3x15 minute sessions. In some cases more appointments are needed sue to heavy staining, this can be discussed at your appointment! Results are immediate, and your teeth will continue to brighten for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

does whitening with peroxide hurt?

The products that Sweet Beauty Esthetics use are a “hybrid” peroxide pen that results in little to no sensitivity. During the service if you do experience any sensitivity we can change the light settings to personalize your experience and minimize the pain. After your service a treatment gel is put on which soothes the teeth & helps eliminate any sensitivity.

how much of a difference will I see?

It’s hard to say as everyone is different but usual results are between 2-16 shades brighter. Sweet Beauty does guarantee results but cannot predict how bright the teeth will become!

how often can i get my teeth whitened?

This product is safe to use day after day however in order to keep your enamel safe it is recommended no more than 2 full sessions within 4 weeks (if no sensitivity after first treatment) then wait 6 weeks in between.

i thought only dentists did teeth whitening… is it legal?

Teeth whitening is a cosmetic service by Health Canada’s standards and is 100% legal. All of Sweet Beauty’s gels are safe and Health Canada approved!
